Feeding Directions

FEEDING DIRECTIONS

For free choice feeding to beef cattle.  Place in covered mineral feeders or troughs preferably equipped with an insecticidal face mop.  Locate feeders near the animals’ water supply, shelter, and/or loafing area.  Insure that small calves can easily reach the trough.  Maximum trough height should be 20 inches.  Fill feeders with a quantity of mineral that will be consumed in 7 days.  DO NOT feed additional salt or mineral.

Precautions

CAUTION:  Do not permit intake of this mineral above that which would provide more than 0.3 ppm of selenium in the total ration dry matter.   Feeding higher levels of selenium is not permitted.  Do not feed to sheep.
