A mineral-vitamin premix for cattle feed, pasture, hay and corn coproducts (corn gluten feed or distillers products.)
Helps balance the ration for cattle due to the unique mineral content of corn coproducts.
Medicated Mixing Mineral for Beef Cattle
For prevention and control of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria bovis and Eimeria zuernii in growing cattle on pasture or in dry lot (stocker and feeder cattle and dairy and beef replacement heifers).

COPRODUCT FORTIFIER-RUM is designed for cattle on pasture or hay and consuming primarily corn coproducts (corn gluten feed or distillers products). It must be mixed with grain or other feed components to provide the intended medication in not less than one pound of feed/head/day. COPRODUCT FORTIFIER-RUM mineral should be fed at the rate of 3 ounces/head/day to provide 150 mg monensin/head/day and 3 mg selenium. During the first 5 days of feeding, cattle should receive no more than 100mg per day contained in not less than 1 pound of feed. Feeding higher levels of selenium is not permitted. Suggested mixing rates to provide 3 ounces of COPRODUCT FORTIFIER-RUM for common feeding levels are shown below:

Precautions
CAUTION: Do not allow horses or other equines access to feeds containing monensin. Ingestion of monensin by equines has been fatal. Monensin- medicated cattle and goat feeds is safe for use in cattle and goats only. Consumption by unapproved species may result in toxic reactions. Do not feed undiluted. Feeding undiluted or mixing errors resulting in high concentrations of Monensin could be fatal to cattle and could be fatal in goats. Do not exceed the levels of monensin recommended in the feeding directions, as reduced average daily gains may result. If feed refusals containing Monensin are fed to other groups of cattle, the concentration of Monensin in refusals and amount of refusals few should be taken into consideration to prevent Monensin overdosing.
WARNING: A withdrawal period has not been established for monensin in pre-ruminating calves. Do not use in calves to be processed for veal.
CAUTION: Contains added copper, do not feed to sheep.
